The purpose of this message is to inform all LEAs that the 2012 Individual Student Performance Files are now available at www.drc-web.com/reportdelivery, and the Printable Parent Letters for the site where the students tested can be accessed at noon today at pssa.emetric.net.
In addition, the window to allow schools/districts the opportunity to determine which PASA and PSSA-M scores that have exceeded the 1% and 2% caps will count as Proficient and which will count as Not Proficient for purposes of AYP calculation is open until July 11, 2012. This window is available at www.drc-web.com/onlinecorrections. Because this window has been extended, the delivery date for the posting of the preliminary AYP System has been moved back to July 23, 2012. Schools/districts will still have 15 days to file an AYP appeal if they believe they have been identified in error. AYP appeals must be postmarked by August 6, 2012.
