   Below is a link to PAESSP’s handbook (reprinted in 2012), “The Principalship and Your Legal Rights and Responsibilities.” It is mailed to new members with their welcome packet, and now it is being made available online to all members.

   This handbook is designed to provide accurate and authoritative information in regard to the subject matter covered. It is printed with the understanding that the association is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting or other professional services through the publication. If legal or other professional services are required, PAESSP members should contact the PAESSP office or the services of other competent professionals.
