The Advisory

Published 4-6 times a year (February, Salary Results Issue; April-May Issue; October Issue; and Nov.-Dec. Issue). Publication focuses on various state-level legislative, regulatory and educational issues. Distributed to all PAESSP members, approximately 3,900 members - one color/ b/w publication.

Pennsylvania Administrator

A joint magazine published by PAESP and PASSP in February, May/June and September. The deadlines for camera-ready ads are December 3, March 15 and July 1. Distributed to all PAESSP members, state-level educational organizations, deans of administrative preparation programs and related institutions - 4,000 mailing list.

PA Principal

A newsletter of the secondary school principals. Published three times a year; distributed to 2,300 members statewide in February-March, August (Election) and Mid-December. Ad submissions screened by the PASSP Board Committee.

Perspective

A newsletter of the elementary school principals. Published three times a year; distributed to 1,700 members statewide in January, April (Election), Late September. Ad submissions screened by the PAESP Board Committee.

All ads should be provided to PAESSP camera-ready (negatives/film) or as an electronic file provided via e-mail or on disk. All advertisers will be billed an additional $75 for any typesetting, layout, editing, or printer’s charges incurred by PAESSP in the preparation of an advertisement that is not camera-ready (i.e., ads that require copy, photo, or artwork changes).  

Multiple Issue Discounts:

• Run your full-page, color ad in both issues ($800 per issue) of the PA Administrator - receive $100 off a full-page ad (b/w) in one of our newsletters.
• Two ads (full-page, color) - back inside cover - in two issues of the PA Administrator - $1,700.
• Full-page ad in the PA Administrator (color only) and full-page ad in any of our newsletters (b/w only) - $1,125.
•  Half-page ad (b/w only) in PA Administrator and half-page ad (b/w only) in any of our newsletters - $495.
•  Two full-page ads in any newsletter or combination of newsletters (b/w only) - $600.

The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement not in keeping with the publication’s standards. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of the printed advertisement and for any claims arising there from made against the publisher. PAESSP reserves the right to cancel an advertisement due to non-payment.

All advertising is billed upon publication. Full copies of the publications will accompany all invoices.

The deadline for advertising in the newsletters is two weeks before the publication date. The deadlines for the magazine are August 1, March 15 and December 1.

Ad Specifications for PA Administrator:

• Full color or black and white ads are available. (See prices above)

• Full page - no bleeds – 8 ¼ (wide)  x 10 ¾ (high); and half page – 8 ¼ (wide) x 5 ¼ (high) advertisements are available.

• All advertisements must be camera ready and sent via mail as hard copy or on PC-formatted disk or CD-ROM or e-mail as a pdf file, a TIFF or a JPEG.
