NO ACTION TAKEN ON SENATE BILL 1572 BY THE LEGISLATURE

The House and Senate took no action on any piece of legislation related to school employee’s benefits or retirement in the legislative session that ended last week.

It is expected that a revision of Senate Bill 1572 will be reintroduced in next legislative session that starts in January 2001.
