PASA Women's Caucus Conference, May 7-9, 2003

   Plan now to attend the 2003 PASA Women's Caucus Conference, set for May 7-9 at the Yorktowne Hotel in historic York, Pennsylvania. This three-day conference provides 23 informative sessions, networking opportunities and guest speakers that focus on women's leadership roles in Pennsylvania's public schools.

   This year's conference will focus on "Building Capacity as Women Administrators: Inspiration, Intellect, Insight."  Featured speakers will include nationally-known authors Dr. Jennifer James ("Thinking in the Future Tense") and Dr. Betty Steffy ("Life Cycle of the Career Teacher").

   Also featured as conference speakers are Dr. Helen Sobehart, Ddrector of the Leadership Institute at Duquesne University, Dr. Sharon Kamicker, assistant superintendent of the Mars Area S.D., and Dr. Barbara Rupp,

superintendent of the South Western S.D.

   This year's conference will offer 23 sessions, a champagne/dessert reception, historic walking tours of York, networking, mentoring and discussion.
