Mini-Grant Procedures
Eligibility:
Members of PAESP
Request
For
Proposals:
The PAESP Mini-Grant Committee is interested in funding two innovative
projects that impact student learning.
Members of PAESP are invited to submit Mini-Grant Proposals with emphasis
in either of the following areas:
Technology
or The
Arts
Math/Science
Reading/Language Arts
Diversity
Application:
Forms and instructions are available through PAESP, 122 Valley St., P.O.
Box 39, Summerdale, PA 17093. The
proposal must include the two-page application form and should be returned to
the PAESP office.

Scoring
Applications will be scored according to the following criteria:

Evidence of Need (10 points)

on Student Learning
(10 points)

Assessment Plan (10 points)
5. Number
of Individuals Affected
(5 points)
6.
Budget (5 points)
Maximum Points Available = 50
points
Proposals should reflect
innovative projects and creative opportunities for active
student learning experiences.
Funding:
Two $1,500 grants will be awarded.
Evaluation:
End of project completion report and budget must be submitted to PAESP.

With the acceptance of this grant,
the recipient agrees to author, upon completion of this project, a document
suitable for publication in the PAESP bulletin.
In addition, the recipient agrees to complete and submit a financial
report upon completion of this project.
